Split Old Town Sea View Apartments

Location was very convenient, place was clean and bright with a great view of the port

Diana was the perfect host! She was looking out for us as we arrived - the whole area was affected by a power cut at the time (a rare event, so don't let this put you off). She had set out candles for us and prepared a good map of Split with her recommendations and she went through these with us. We went out for dinner and the power was back on when we got back. The apartment was so tastefully decorated in a style that we really appreciated. You could just tell how much thought, love and attention to detail had gone into this. It was spotlessly clean. Everything in the apartment worked as it should - no dodgy doors, lightbulbs that didn't work or the like.

The chair's on the balcony were very small and uncomfortable so it wasn't really possible to use this for any length of time - a shame since we had particularly sought out a property with a balcony - they're quite hard to come by in central Split. Although the apartment was only about 10 mins walk from the old town it was quite a slog uphill, particularly after a day's walking - it may not be suitable for the elderly or those with physical disabilities.

The views were amazing, short walk into the town where the restaurants and bars are. The apartment was comfortable and homely and had everything you could possibly need for a stay. Supermarket at the end of the street also.

What a gem of an apartment in the heart of the old town. Beautiful, spotlessly clean with you lots of extra touches like shampoo, conditioner and shower gel. Diana is an amazing host always available for advise and help. We had the best time. Thank you so much Diana

Beautiful apartment with many super details and thoughtful extras. Very comfortable, spotlessly clean. Fabulous little balcony looking east, over harbour and old town. Very helpful host. Easy walking access to town, once we knew where we were going!

It was difficult to find when we checked in, even with a taxi taking us there first time as all of the area around the apartment is narrow cobbled pedestrian streets. A few landmarks to help point new arrivals in the right direction would be helpful as we didn’t have data/Google maps.

The location, decor and layout of the apartment were perfect. Diana made us feel very welcome and provided us with useful information about the area. Having the balcony was a bonus to sit out on a morning and early evening. Just wonderful.
