Good location. Layout of apartment was very nice.

No AC in the bedroom.

The view to the ocean; though not too close

Apartment was remodeled in a very old not well kept building. The AC in the living room did not cool the room. The check in was done with help of a nice lady leaving across the street

Excellent location and great amenities. In walking distance to town but in a quiet area. Free Parking available on site in the alleyway and a full kitchen and washer which is great for long stays tho we were only there one night. The PS5 was a nice addition too!

There was no ac in the bedroom so it got quite warm but if you leave the doors open and turn the one in the living room on it helps. A fan could be a good addition if not another AC. It was wired for one so we wondered if maybe it had just recently broken and not yet replaced.

The apartment is very well located, exactly half way from both Opatija and Volosko. The beaches nearby satisfy families and those looking for quiet relaxation as well. The apartment is very cozy and well equipped with a beautiful view over the sea.

Property is very nice and functional. I couldn’t imagine better apartment for this price range.

well furnished and walkable to town centre with free parking plus super comfy sofa bed option

the apartment itself is excellent but the entrance to the building is tired. Thus is not at fault of the owner since it’s communal and their actual front door is nice and apartment is secure and well maintained.
