Paon Boutique Apartments

We ve stayed here in the middle of December (Saturday). Self Check in was easy. In the appartment was warm (heating working), but floor is cold. There is also an a/c. The area in general seems to be quiet.

Appartment doesn't provide shampoo or shower gel. Some of the bedding and all towels had funky smell: seemed like whether they were washed not at proper temperatures (40-60c) or/and they were laying in a wet place. Be aware of Parking situation around Advents time: all of parking spots at Tuskanac garage and Dubravkin put were full, we could find one only late in the evening. Moreover if you find one on the street it is absolutely unclear how to pay for it: street parking doesn't have neither meters (even though you see them on Google Street view) nor instructions with sms; in the garage there are no problems with payment

Clean and cozy

Fix the shower and the floor of the balcony . Parking is a big issue in the area. Public paid parking on the street is full and if find a place it is not clear where and how to be paid. We had to park in the Mall parking that is 15-20 min walking far away and 40 Euro for one night.

Die Lage ist Genial, vor allem die nähe zum Zentrum und die nähe zum Park wenn man mit dem Hund da ist.

Das einzige Manko ist , das keine Parkplätze in der nähe sind und wenn dann sit es sehr teuer. Wir haben in einer Seitenstraße Das Auto abgestellt bei einem Restaurant. Auf anraten des Vermieters, mussten aber 2 Strafzettel mit jeweils 20€ bezahlen, was leider ein schlechter Punkt ist.

A lovely loft apartment, fully equipped and with a good sized warm bathroom. I liked the decoration and it was very quiet. Easy check-in and good communication with the host.

Appartement très bien situé, dans le quartier historique, très fonctionnel. Tout y est pour profiter d’un séjour à Zagreb ! Je recommande !!

La rue est un peu passante mais nous sommes au cœur de la ville.
