Apartments Kike&Ana

La buenísima ubicación, cerca del centro, amabilidad de Kristina, muy amplio, con parking.

No nos dimos cuenra que se podia seleccionar por booking el apartamento que querias y hay muy importantes diferencias.. Hay dos apartamentos el de Kike es supermoderno, con vista espectaculares y está genial, pero el de Ana que es el otro apartamento era amplio, pero el habdicap era el baño con bañera antigua y alta (que para el baño de los niños fue muy dificil) y la cocina antigua y menaje

Emplacement

The host was very accommodating - even though we were later than expected to arrive, someone was there to provide the keys and let us in, even offering to carry our luggage. A nice clean and spacious apartment with beautiful views over the water with a short stroll to the marina and Diocletian's palace. A large parking spot is located at the property, and not on the street as many other apartments, so you are guaranteed a spot

Good location with parking. Property was well maintained and clean. Short walk to grocery store. Great view of the seafront.

The GPS location was off, had to get out of the car and walk around a bit to locate the place. There was a great view from the balcony, only problem is that the balcony wall was a bit high needing a bar stool to sit on for enjoying the view with a drink. There was exactly one bar stool available so we took turns to sit out and enjoying the view☺ You will need to take your luggage upstairs, this was not an issue for us but just be aware.

It was about a 15-minute walk outside of the city center - one section up hill but no big deal. The view was beautiful of the bay. The place was clean, had a coffee pot, fridge, sink, 2 bedrooms, and owner friendly and responsive. There's parking if you have a car. Checking in was easy with instructions communicated prior to arrival.

We didn't see the Aircon the fiest night so we slept very hot, but that's an us issue, not with the place. Limited hot water for 4 people, but not a deal breaker.

Beautiful view in a large and well located apartment. Parking included. Strong WiFi. Accommodating host. Very clean Full kitchen. Terrific stay!

Shower is very small, but it does the job, with plenty of hot water.

We chose this apartment, but after spending a few days here, we’ve decided that from now on, we’ll always come back to this place. We’re absolutely thrilled with Split — we managed to relax and also explore the old town, beaches, and enjoy swimming, all on foot. The old town, waterfront, beaches, and museums are just a 10-minute easy walk from the apartment. The apartment is clean and tidy, the hosts are kind and helpful, and the neighborhood is peaceful. 😃
