Apartments Belvedere Lovran

Die Wohnung war sehr sauber , Klimaanlage vorhanden, es gibt 2 Bäder auf 60 qm Wohnfläche. Die Küche ist sehr gut ausgestattet und hat alles was man braucht! (Und noch ein kleines bisschen mehr, wie Handrührgerät, Mixer, Waffeleisen, Geschirrspülmaschine usw.), der Pool war absolutes Highlight bei den Kindern. Wirlpool gibt es auch. Die Aussicht ist unschlagbar! Der Vermieter und seine Frau waren jederzeit für uns erreichbar und haben uns bei jeglichen Problemen weitergeholfen. Haben auch eine Bootsfahrt gemacht. Sie sind super nett und zuvorkommend!

Es war alles super, man sollte bedenken, dass man auf jeden Fall ein Auto braucht, da die Unterkunft sehr hoch am Berg liegt. Dafür hat man aber die beste Aussicht!!!

Our hosts where just amazing and really did everything in their powers to make it a comfortable and enjoyable vacation. Needless to say the view is just breath taking and the apartment is super spacious! And a huge parking space which is gold worth in Croatia! I promise!

Only positive issues. With the awesome view comes a challenge, you are about 200m above sea level hence its a steep drive to see anything. Hence no shops, grocery stores or restaurants in normal walking distance! And in the kitchen you have everything barring a toaster (hint that would be awesome)

Robert and his wife were the perfect hosts. The apartment was exactly as described, but the views were even better than expected - especially the view from the swimming pool 😍 Air conditioning unit in each room (bedrooms and lounge) was highly appreciated in the 34deg heat!

The location is very beautiful. The property owner is helpful and is easily reachable in case of questions. The apartment was as shown in pictures. In retrospect we liked our stay in the apartment.

First day there was no hot water. During summer days, this should still be taken into consideration when you have toddlers with you. Last 2 days of our stay, there was a leakage from air conditioning and from toilet in one of the bathrooms. There is no vacuum cleaner. You have to buy your own dishwasher tablets, washing detergent and garbage bags if you plan to stay longer. Hot tub / Jacuzzi costs you 15€ in addition to the apartment price, which we was reasonable.
