- The location is great: it's 5min away from the beach, 10min to the old town, and 10min from the ferry terminal, all by foot. - Calm & quiet area. - Relaxing view and the trees give you privacy. - The room was nicely decorated. - Very clean. - It had everything we needed. - The instructions to pick-up the keys and access the room were clear. - The complimentary water bottles in the fridge are a nice welcome touch.

- The biggest drawback was that we found the bed very hard and the pillows uncomfortable, which means we did not sleep too well unfortunately. - It's a tight space, as many other reviews mentioned, which makes it challenging to deal with open suitcases. - The price is a bit steep, but matching up the high prices in Split. - The sounds of the water boiler was annoying. - The shower door was not closing completely and this lead to water leakage. It makes the bathroom slippery.
