Sunrise View Balcony

We loved this apartment. It had a lovely feel about it and a great layout. The balcony was fabulous. Bed was comfortable. Location was perfect, in walking distance to the Diocletian's Palace, markets, bus station and Port. A great stay!

This room worked great for our needs in Split. We wanted somewhere close to parking as we were driving a rental car. This location allowed us to park on the street about a block away so it was easy to transport our bags from the car to the apartment. (Heads up: street parking can be tricky in Split. Be prepared to spend some time looking for a spot.) The room and bathroom were very comfortable and clean. Even though it was on a major street, when we closed the windows and balcony door at night, we couldn't hear anything outside. The bed was very comfortable, the AC worked great, and the bathroom was new and spotless. We also enjoyed sitting out on the balcony and drinking our coffee and tea (both supplied) in the morning. In addition, we recommend the Monty Python bar/cafe in the same building for excellent espresso drinks - reasonable prices and full of locals. Ante was very responsive and made getting the keys a simple process even if you book last minute. It's an easy 5 minute walk to Diocletian's Palace and the promenade.

The room is a tight fit. It is designed very well for a small space; that being said, if you have two bags, it can be a little bit of a challenge. The day we were there the elevator was not working and the apartment is on the 4th floor. Fortunately for the next guests, the elevator was being repaired as we were leaving.

The balcony was great, good location as it was in between the beach and the main town. The host was lovely and very helpful

everything was good, it's just that I was not very attentive and thought that it's a hotel, but it was a room in the apartment house

This apartment is a short walk to both the beach and the historic downtown. It is very clean and the air conditioning worked perfectly. Ante was an exceptional host, responding quickly. Checkin and checkout were seamless. Highly recommend.

Location is great - about a 10min walk to the bus terminal. Short walk to the beach. Quiet location and the room was clean and comfortable!
