A really clean and comfortable apartment in an excellent location.

Sandra and Eddie both were very friendly and helpful. Eddie went to Split airport to pick us up. He was very patient to wait for us getting our luggage and buying SIM cards, then he drove us places and telling us about Croatia as a guide. The apartment is on the second floor close to harbor, old town and many good restaurants within 10 minutes walk. It is very close to a grocery store with less than 5 minutes walk. The beds are all comfortable We appreciate the owner gave us a big battle of water and some snacks as a welcome goodies too. The kitchen was well stocked.

Everything. It had all we needed from washing machine to iron and ironing hard, free WIFI, smart TV. It was clean and Sandra was amazing, even providing many items for us. She was so prompt in answering any questions. It was quiet which we love and only a 15 minute walk into the centre. Would definitely come back and stay here.

The property was very clean and spacious. It’s located not far from the old town, quite convenient for a morning or an evening walk into the town. The facilities were all very good. The kitchen was well equipped albeit being small. Definitely recommend.

Been there for New Year’s. everything was perfect. The property was literally a 3min walk away from Split Riviera where everything is happening. Great clean apartment. Very comfortable and beautiful rooms with huge bathroom and terrace. And most importantly has parking spot in front of the house. The owner was very pleasant and even left us food and wine as a welcome gifts. They say the whole year is gonna be as good as you start it so I have great expectations for 2023 now :D Thank you

The owners of the apartment were very hospitable, with a basket full of juicy sweet oranges and red wine as welcome during check-in. The place was very spacious with enough room for a family. The garden is lovely with an abundance of fruit trees, a swing, tables and chairs for our use. Everything worked well during the entire period of our stay. We appreciated their consent to permit the extension of our stay as our ship's departure was in the evening. There is private parking within the compound and this made it easier to return to safe parking when making day trips. The old town is just 12 minutes walk towards the pier and supermarket along the way made it easy to buy stuff to cook back in the apartment. Host Sandra was cheerful despite having waited for hours before we arrived and her recommendations to local restaurants were useful, as we found food at Babilon restaurant authentic and easy on the pocket. Definitely a top place to stay in Split for a family with a car.
