It was clean, spacious and modern.

WARNING……there’s building work going on next door and when we were there the noise started at 9am and didn’t stop until 6pm….not great if you’re planning on relaxing during the day! I guess it was bad timing for us…it’s a new build and sounded like a pneumatic drill! Also be aware this property is right on the main highway so there’s a lot of traffic noise……ALL DAY LONG!!!….. It’s OK at night but during the day there are noisy motorbikes whizzing past as well as trucks. Also it’s not safe to walk into the village along this busy road. The pool wasn’t heated (apparently it’s now “out of season”) and there’s no hairdryer (something I just automatically expect this day and age!). The apartment is very new but it feels very bare and spartan with no little extras and only one picture hanging in the whole 2 bedroom apartment so it feels more like a new build ready for someone to move into and make homely rather than a holiday home. That might suit some people of course but we felt it needed a few little extra things to make it feel welcoming. Also mosquitoes seemed to get in even with the windows shut. I think they may have come in through the air conditioning unit. Because the apartment is bare and tiled it’s not very soundproof. We could hear the man below coughing in the night and also smelt his cigarettes as he was puffing away on his balcony during the day yuk! We could hear people talking too. Sorry not a great review.

Absolute perfection! Clean, modern, with an amazing pool that gets cleaned every morning. We loved it here and will most definitely return.

The road by the property is pretty busy and it was difficult at times to cross the street on foot while getting to the village

Huge apartment, two toilets, lots of space, wardrobes, comfortable mattresses, dishwasher, large glass windows with a view of the sea and islands, cleanliness. A good starting point for tours around Velebit or along the sea, in this autumn period there was not much traffic on the road that is right below the accommodation.

Big cups for coffee/tea, graters, something for start like for example salt, oil, tea are missing. The bigger bathroom stinks a lot, running water down all the drains doesn't help.

The appartment was very nice and clean. Bed sheets were white, which you don't see much since they get dirty and look dirty very easily, but they were spotless. Each closet had 2 blankets, but no comforters. Clean towels were provided. Each window has electric shades that completely block out the sun and that you can control with a switch. We had 2 bathrooms. One with a shower and one without. They were both clean. We were provided with 3 rolls of toilet paper, but our stay was only 3 days, so for longer stays they might provide more. Kitchen has a fridge, stove top, and oven, but no microwave or toaster. Unit has a dishwasher and under the sink there is a bottle of dish soap, a sponge, and some dishwasher pods. There is a drying rack out on the balcony for drying your clothes. We did one load of laundry and it took 3 hours for the cycle to finish, but we are not from europe so we might have made a mistake in choosing a cycle. Windows don't have a screen, which is normal here, so if you have the windows open, bugs will get in. Each room has a cooling unit that is remote controlled, so if you are determined to keep the place bug free, you can keep the windows closed and run the ac to keep cool. My daughter had OCD and has a hard time staying in hotels as they usually have bugs or are not perfectly clean, but she really felt comfortable here. Cleaning supplies were not in the room (minus a broom) but in the laundry room, which was accessible to everyone if you wanted to clean anything yourself, but she didn't need to at all.

Big apartment, good comunication, very nice view from terrace.

Very, very old pan, no salt/peper or coffee (that would be really nice) and no extra toilet paper :( Also would be good to have trash can in toilet and floor towel. In the morning shower tubes were very smelly, that stopped after showering and using water.
