B&A - Center of Split

Location-close to centre, supermarket right next door

The property needs a massive revamp. The interior is very tired and needs a good clean everywhere. The air conditioning in the lounge doesn’t reach the other rooms so it’s boiling in the bedrooms. The air conditioning remote was hardly readable and therefore difficult to be operated and generally no instructions to anything in the flat. There was nowhere to put the dishes once you washed them. We found a draw with full of random stuff in the kitchen (old light switches, cables, screwdrivers). However what probably made our stay the most unpleasant is the lack of communication from the host. Sent multiple emails, texts and WhatsApp messages and phoned multiple times over 4 days prior to our stay to no avail. We had not received check in instructions either. Only when I got in touch with Booking.com customer service and complained about the lack of response that we finally had any contact from the host.

Nehezen lehúzható redőny, a kihúzható kanapé kényelmetlen, a konyhából hiányzott egy jó serpenyő.

It was perfect for what we need. Very quiet and close enough from the attractions. Will recommend for sure.
