Liebevoll eingerichtetes Apartment mit tollem herzlichen Gastgeber, der sich bei Problemen umgehend kümmert! Die Lage des Apartments ist ideal, da sowohl Strand (5 min.) als auch Altstadt (15 min.) fußläufig erreichbar sind. Besonders der Garten war für den Urlaub mit Kindern unschlagbar.

We had a wonderful stay at this apartment in Zadar! The host was fantastic—friendly, responsive, and went out of his way to ensure we had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The apartment itself was spotless clean, well-equipped, and very cozy. The location couldn’t have been better: just a 5-minute walk to the beautiful Kolovare beach, another 5 minutes to the main bus station, and a 16-minute walk to the charming old town. I highly recommend this place to anyone visiting Zadar!

This is a very nice, modern, & clean ground floor apartment, with a secluded outdoor terrace, which is not overlooked, so you have total privacy. There is also a lockable metal door leading into the property, which is a great security feature. The bus station is only 5-6 mins walk, and the old town only 15 minutes’ walk away. There are several supermarkets close to the apartment. Goran is a great host, he's very friendly and is always available if you need help or advice. I would stay here again without hesitation.

Goran is a superhost, I have never experienced so much care and kindness from any owner before. Goran offered a transfer as well from and to the airport, even he could provide a child seat for my 2yo child. The house has a nice garden with grill facilities that we used almost every day. The accommodation is about 5 min walk to the Kolovare beach and cca 15 min walk to the old town. There is an Interspar in cca 2 min walk. What we really enjoyed is the calm and silent surrounding, we had really good sleep there. The kitchen is well equipped, the house itself keeps the cold very well so actually we did not use the AC. There is as well a small playground in the yard with swings and a small house for kids with lots of toys, scooter, balls. All in all, I really recommend this apartment!
