Netoli paplūdimys. Pereiti gatvę ir nusileisti laiptais reikia. Netoli parduotuvė. Pastatas puikioje vietoje, tarp bambukų. Saulės labai mažai, tai vėsu visuomet. Terasoje taip pat vėsu. Valgem pusryčius ir mėgavomės ryto gaiva. Lauke daug vietos. Yra grilis. Galima gamintis maistą, visos priemonės ir prieskonių yra. Kaip nuotraukose pavaizduota, atitinka. Netoli nemokamas parkingas, į kurį palydėjo savininkų jaunuolis.

Kad prieš apgyvendinant, neišvėdintos patalpos. Patiems teko. Prausiantis, vonios kraštų prabėgo vanduo. Reik atidžiau.

Nem volt ilyen, talán a nappaliban lévő ágy egy kicsit kényelmetlen volt, de néhány éjszakára megfelelt!

Die Unterkunft war bei der Anreise nicht ganz leicht zu finden, aber die Gastgeber haben uns bei der Suche super geholfen. Die Lage der Unterkunft hat uns sehr gut gefallen. 5 Gehminuten zu einer kleinen Badebucht und in der Nähe gab es zahlreiche Restaurants zu erschwinglichen Preisen. Ein großer Supermarkt war fußläufig (143 Treppenstufen 😉) zu erreichen. Die Gastgeber waren sehr daran interessiert, dass wir einen schönen und reibungslosen Aufenthalt hatten.

Da die Unterkunft in einem kleinen Waldstück liegt, waren dort sehr viele Mücken. Also sollte man Anti-Mückenspray dabei haben. 😉

Veľmi pekné a čisté ubytovanie na prízemí domu,obklopené zeleňou,takže ani počas 30 stupňových teplôt nebolo potrebné zapínať klímu.K pláži kúsok,asi naj z pláží celkovo v Opatiji s pozvoľným vstupom do mora.

Ako už bolo spomenuté v recenziách,parkovanie je celkovo v oblasti veľký problém,tak sa muselo ísť o 2 ulice ďalej,vyložiť auto pri budove súdu a potom preparkovať

The place was a great value for money, a two minutes walk to the beach only, spacious enough for the four of us, with a big terrace with sea view which was great to have breakfast at, and to sit in the evening. The host was highly responsive and answered our questions and requests really fast. The host met us at arrival and helped to park our long car, and to find the apartment. A nice pebble beach was just a really short walk from the apartment, although there were more little places where you can access the sea, even closer. We also liked that Volosko is not crowded in the middle of July, there was enough place on the beach. It would be worse in the Opatija center. Dogs are not allowed to the beaches though. There are several really good (and not cheap) restaurants close by, and a grocery store. A walk to Opatija center is quite long along the sea, but pleasant. Kids liked that there was Netflix available in the apartment on the big TV. There was enough hot water for all in the bathroom, and overall the place was clean and nice, beds were good and soft. Remember to bring your own toilet paper and dishwasher capsules as this is not provided. We recommend this place as it's really close to the sea and a really good value for money.

The was nothing at all unpleasant worth mentioning.

Very cozy apartment, we had everything we needed. The terrace outside was especially amazing. Ideal location, close to the sea, restaurants and shop. 10/10
