LAVERUDA Apartment with balcony and free parking

The apartment was very nice and comfortable. The location was also very good, everything was nearby. We really enjoyed our stay The host was also very kind and responsive.

Very comfortable appartment in an ideal location where you felt like part of the local community and away from the centre which was very walkable and nearby, Had all the appliances we could want and more and was very clean.The owner was always reachable and very organised on arrival.

It is was to try hard to think of anything it would be that we could have done with a toaster and the ramp at the front door is very slippery when it has rained

Apartma je na dobri lokaciji, blizu mesta in hkrati v mirnem predelu, z možnostjo parkiranja pred hišo. Vse je bilo zelo čisto in dobro opremljeno s pripomočki-kuhinjskimi in drugimi. Ničesar preveč in ničesar premlo. Lastnik je bil zelo odziven in vedno na voljo. Zelo smo bili zadovoljni.

Wir waren von allem begeistert; die Lage ist ideal, sowohl für das Meer als auch für die Innenstadt. Der Eigentümer war jederzeit erreichbar.

Well equipped and very organised apartment. The kitchen, rooms and bathroom are equipped with exactly what you need. It’s located in a non tourist area of Pula within 10-15 minutes walk to the centre. It’s a residential building so you can feel like a Pula citizen for a moment. 3rd floor, access with elevator, small balcony. The attention of the owner is superb.
