location, owener was friendly, price, what's around the apartment of options

bed's mattress, the heating in the toilet was missing an electrical extension, the water heater is too small and barely enough for one person to take a quick shower

Great localization and service. Very comfortable place.

It was very close to the center of the city. The space is enough for one family. The report price/ cost is not bad but the owner can improve with cheap price for different fixtures.

The towels were very old(they were white but with many stains. In the apartments is comings many different smells everyday(may be that it is placed at the ground floor). The kitchen cutleries were old and very much used. Sometimes they must be changed from my point of view.

The location - walking distance to the museums we wanted to visit. Easy check-in thanks to the clear instructions from Kruno. The apartment is well equiped with all we needed. I like the fact that the parking spot is inside the yard of the building.

I didn't like the smell of humidity when we arrived (the windows were open when we arrived, I guess to ensure fresh air), but after we turned on the air conditioner it was fully ok.
