Der Blick aus dem sechzehnten Stock auf die Bucht von Split Richtung Westen ist phänomenal. Biljana ist eine ausgesprochen nette Gastgeberin - sehr hilfsbereit und entgegenkommend. Die Kommunikation vor und während der Reise war rasch und unkomliziert. In der Wohnung war es sehr gemütlich.

Die Handhabung der Rolläden ist etwas anspruchsvoll. Obwohl es uns gut erklärt wurde, konnten wir eine Beschädigung nicht vermeiden.

Wonderful location with incredible views from the bedroom, lounge and balcony. The property is close to Bačvice and Ovčice beaches and a short walk to Riva and Diocletian's Palace. It was an excellent base to explore the old town/historical aspects, get to beaches and also very close to the ferry access points to Brač, Hvar etc. We were comfrotable walking around the neighbourhood in the evening. The apartment itself is very comfortably furnished. The hosts were very welcoming and kind and provided useful advice for visiting local attractions. There is a small free car park that belongs to the building but it is usually very full and can be difficult to find a parking at times. We essentially just parked once we arrived and then just explored everywhere on foot.

Un appartement splendide, offrant une vue à la fois imprenable et magnifique. L’emplacement est parfait, à quelques minutes à pied du centre historique et des plages. L’appartement est très propre, parfaitement équipé et vraiment confortable — on s’y sent tout de suite comme chez soi. Et surtout, un grand merci à Biljana pour son accueil chaleureux et sympathique. Ses conseils et informations locales nous ont été très utiles tout au long du séjour. Nous recommandons fortement ce super appartement !

Super appartement avec une vue incroyable. Depuis la chambre, le salon ou le balcon c'est une véritable carte postale animée, entre les bateaux, les ferry, les lumières de la ville. Magnifique! On ne s en lasse pas! L appartement est tres propre, très bien équipé et super confortable. On se croirait à la maison: sofa, grande tv, livres, lumières indirectes, coussins, ustensiles de cuisine...rien ne manque. Supermarché a côté, petits fast food et la vieille ville à 15mn à pied tout droit. Biljana nous a chaleureusement accueilli, tout bien expliqué avec plein de conseils locaux. Je recommande cet appartement à 200% car il a vraiment fait passer notre séjour à Split de excellent à formidable!
