"Big mistake"

This apartment is not clean, the bedsheets were not clean, everything was full of sand and spots, the couch was simply ugly and the bathroom was dirty and full of mold. The kitchen sink smelled so bad and the dishes were dirty. I booked this room for my family and asked for a crib and twice they assured they would have a crib when we arrive. We arrived and they gave the crib to another family who arrived a few hours earlier! When I asked her why she did that, she laughed at me and said that I need to come up with another solution. I had to go out and buy a crib on my own. Nobody was ever there if I had a question or needed something. We ended up leaving 3 days earlier. Big mistake.
