Luxury Apartment Sea View

From the moment we arrived, we found that the listing was completely misleading — including the false floor number, lack of car access, unsafe conditions, and the fact that it’s not an entire apartment but simply a private attic room with shared access. We immediately requested a cancellation upon arrival due to this misrepresentation, but you refused to take responsibility or allow it. We documented everything with photo and video evidence, including the 8 full staircases confirming it's a 5th-floor unit, not the 4th as advertised. We've submitted a formal complaint to Booking.com and are reporting the situation to Croatian authorities as well. There was no transparency or accountability on your part, and the entire experience was extremely stressful.

The communication after booking, before arrival and during our stay was excellent. Zana is a great hosts and is very helpful. The room is modern and luxurious decorated. Just 5 minutes walking to the Split Palace and the Riva. There are appartments in the middle of the palace but then the taxi will drop you far away from the entrance. With this apartment the taxi can drop you off and pick you up right in front of the door.

Actually all was very good. You need to climb 4 floors, so if you have heavy suitcases it might be a challenge. But here also Zana can help and find assistance.

Location, clean, modern. A/C and hot water worked great

The apartment is gorgeous, beautifully renovated w everything you need including a sea and city view and windows that open wide to let in the breeze. Exceptionally clean, very comfortable bed, good sized bathroom which also has a view! Plenty of towels, including beach towels, and it’s very secure. Good coffee machine provided, and everything you need to cook if you wanted to! Close to green market and the old town, great location for sightseeing, getting to ferries etc. A very relaxing place to unwind after being out all day and also has excellent air conditioning and is soundproof when you close the windows to sleep. We loved it!

Nothing - it was perfect for us! The only thing missing was a kettle but I just boiled water to make cups of tea which was easy anyway!

Fabulous location close the Riva with lots of restaurants and harbour views.

Beautiful room. Very clean and the bed is comfortable. Great communication with the host. She recommended a (paid) parking lot nearby with reasonable rates.
