Nicely located in Opatija. Easy to reach everything walking. The apartment is basic but nice and it provides all tools you need. The owners very helpful and friendly.

It is a bit smelly, like due to humidity or the location in the basement.

Apartment is perfect with beautiful interior, very clean and comfortable. It has everything you need, including parking spot. House has a wonderful garden, and location is close to the pedestrian zone, everything is in walking distance. We would love to come back during season.

Cosy and clean apartment with everything you need, a walking distance from the seaside promenade. The host is very friendly, willing to give advice on what to visit nearby. Would definitely recommend Apartments Lanča when staying in Opatija!

Comfortable and roomy, well appointed kitchen/ living room with terrace. Beautiful apartment walking distance to seaside promenade, but quiet. Helpful host offered tips for our visit, and helped us make dinner reservation. Wish we could have stayed longer!
