It is located close to the bus station. The size of room is nice. Not close but not that far from the upper town.

The capacity of water heater is little. Hot water ran out so fast that may not enough for one person taking shower. The second person has to wait for water heating. There are nearly no shops and restaurants nearby. You need to walk a bit for those.

It was close to place where I went

Everything. The guy who rents it was very unpleasant and dodn’t mind about complains. No curtans on the windows. Coffe machine, lamp and Disney+ didn’t work. I couldn’t sleep because od the light entering the room, and noise from the garden where people play basketball. No coffee table, no normal table and chair. Dirty armchair. No garbage bin in the toilet. Toilet has no ventilation. Wather drain in the shower is stuck shortly after. Floor was dirty. No heating so I can only imagine how cold it is in the winter with one small wall heater in the whole apartment. No frying pan. Only some old scratched and toxic pots. No mosquito net anywhere. Everybody can see you in the hallway because no curtains. Pictures of the apartment are fraud. They put all but you get only a small apartment for a very big price. In the building next to it is a premium apartment that is much cheaper. Please don’t use this apartment ever.
