Full equipped flat close to all

Staying at Davor’s apartment was truly a 10/10 experience! Communication with Davor was excellent from the beginning, and he gave us amazing tips and recommendations to enjoy everything Split has to offer. The apartment was fully equipped, very comfortable, and close to everything in Split. Getting to the Riva was super easy – either a pleasant 20-minute walk or just a quick bus ride for 1 euro. One of the biggest highlights was the possibility of a late check-out, which helped us a lot since we had a very late flight. This thoughtful flexibility really made our trip much smoother. We highly recommend Davor’s place to anyone visiting Split – we would definitely stay here again!

L'appartement est assez spacieux et dispose de tout le nécessaire. Le quartier peut sembler peu engageant au premier abord mais en réalité quartier sans problème de sécurité et avec des commerces à proximité immédiate. Le centre ville est à 20 minutes à pied et la plage à 10/15 minutes . Hôte très réactif, check in facile avec boîte à clé Parking devant l'immeuble (mais il faut parfois attendre qu'une place se libère) Bonne climatisation

Logement un peu sombre et bruyant (route très passante à proximité immédiate)

O apartamento: bem equipado e limpo. O anfitrião foi muito disponível e atento. Quando dissemos que chegaríamos muito tarde, foi comprar comida e deixou- nos no apartamento. Esteve sempre atento e a perguntar se estava tudo a correr bem. Apreciámos muito.

Fully furnished, big and clean. It wasn’t far from the centre and beach.

Not a fan of the building/neighbourhood but it was well connected to everything anyway.

Had everything you needed - full kitchen, washing machine etc. good value for money. Easy bus ride to old town, Riva etc.

Nothing was majorly wrong but a few things were a bit off - towels super scratchy, open milk in the fridge, place clean but not like super clean. The host messaged me after 10pm one night which I didn't love, the kitchen/lounge has an enclosed balcony off it (great for drying laundry) but no direct to outside window.

Most importantly, the couple who own the apartment are very welcoming, polite, and kind people. They are very responsive, and I can imagine they would quickly resolve any issue. I arrived off-season and only looked for accommodation that Saturday morning when I was already in Split. Still, they quickly prepared the apartment. My stay was a bit unique, and many things that might matter to people on vacation weren’t important to me. What mattered to me was that it was warm, clean, and quiet. I just wanted to sleep in a warm place, shower in a clean space, and work in peace while waiting for the concert. I got all of that. The apartment is comfortable, well-located only a few minutes and a few euros by taxi from the National Theatre, or a pleasant short walk to the old town center. I had a preconception about heating in Split apartments during winter, but the air conditioning units in the kitchen and bedroom quickly warmed up the space and kept it comfortably warm the entire time. I saw that there was also an electric radiator, but there was no need for it, even on a very cold day. Free parking is available right in front of the building, but sometimes you might need to circle the building a few times or wait for a space to become available.

I don't have anything important to mention. Everything was fine, and the apartment is well-equipped. As a suggestion, it would be nice if the apartment permanently had a bottle of olive oil and some instant coffee for guests to use upon arrival, in case they need something right away or forget to bring it. A few other small essentials with a long shelf life, like pasta, salt, and sugar, could also be useful. I assume there’s more of that during the peak season.

Great open space apartmant on good location, close to center of Split. Very clean and open space. The host is very polite and welcoming. Recommend to anyone traveling to Split
