Center of the Center, The Grand Deluxe

The house is large and very suitable for families. The location is excellent and it is very convenient to go to any attractions. The landlord is a very nice person.

Really great apartment that is perfect for a larger group (there were 7 of us and the place still felt very spacious). The location is really great with lots of places to eat nearby and in close proximity to a lot of the main tourist attractions of Budapest.

During the week it was very pleasant. However at the weekend neighbors were noisy. In the central rooms no sound was heard but at the one next to neighbors apartment that was well heard.

Everything! Distance from landmarks was exceptional. The area of the flat spoils for choice for breakfast, lunch and dinner! The flat is equipped with anything you can think of.. and it does look just like the photos.

Really cannot find anything to fault it.. except maybe no lift, but its just the first story.

We had a brilliant stay in this apartment. The location couldn’t have been better and we used it as a base to tour all the main sites in the city. We visited just before Christmas and although it was cold outside the apartment was lovely and warm. Having two apartments in one was perfect for our family group and meant we could have our own space while all being together The apartment is beautifully and comfortably furnished and well equipped, including provision of teabags and coffee pods for the machine. When we asked for extra towels, some were delivered to us almost immediately. Communication with István, the host, was excellent. There were clear instructions for an easy check in and arranging the airport transfer was similarly easy, with the same clear instructions for pick up and drop off. We’d stay there again and highly recommend

Spacious accommodation, ideal for a larger group of people. It is located close to shops, cafes and the city center. You can go everywhere without a car. Although apartment is in the center, it was not noisy. Good communication with the owner, he is extremely pleasant. Easy check-in and check-out from the apartment.

The biggest minus is the lack of heating. There are air conditioners, but no remote control and the owner told us to heat through the underfloor heating. However, it took almost 2 days to fully heat the apartment because it is really big, so the first night it was a little cold for sleep and one of the rooms was very difficult to warm up. Could be a little cleaner (space and bedding). There is a constant unpleasant smell from the wc. Also, you get one towel per person, which could be a problem for a longer stay.

Good communication with host , ideal central location for our stay. The right hand side of apartment was a great arena for the pitchy amongst cabbage.

The property was centrally located close to restaurants, bars & shops. It was spotlessly clean and very comfortable. As our flight arrived early in the morning, we had access to the apartment to drop our luggage prior to checking in. Coffee pods and umbrellas were a great addition, thank you István!
