Super Nice Super Location - 2

Amazing location. Couldn’t ask for a more central location for activities, shops and places to eat and drink. Nice park nearby. Easy to reach from airport and very close to transport links although everything within easy walking distance too. Hip vibe. If all you need is a base for a couple of days to lay your head it’s fine.

The important things were clean- bedding and bathroom. But the property feels pretty unloved. Broken furniture, no working remote, missing skirting, poorly equipped kitchen (eg no tin opener or tea towel), dirty laundry by our front door all week- I decided to move it out of sight eventually when a second lot appeared to replace the broken pallet outside. I also had to wash out the kitchen bin and wipe the filthy skirtings- and I’m not especially house proud. I also had to placate a very upset neighbour who looked about to kill someone over the racket made by our toilet fan. It’s a shame - a few pounds and a bit of tlc would easily transform this place eg fixing the skirting, boxing the pipes, a freshen up of the paint and a bedside lamp or two instead of a stepladder in the bedroom, 2 shoe racks, Christmas decorations and 3 random remote controls :-)

Location was ok.

The shower was broken- not hot water at all. We had to turn on the fridge, made our beds. The kitchen was not cleaned properly. The living room has a broken coffee table, stinky couch and big hill made from water leak I guess.

Upper floor was ok

Thay "forgot" to mantion that on the ground floor thay had a overflow and the parquet was 30 cm blown up in the middle of the living room, the walls are full with moisture... To overnight and to take a shower is ok, but if i had a few day stay with children it would be a total disaster,no parking posible, i asked for the parking but nobody gave an answer, iresponsible i think...

The flat is in very poor condition. No electricity, no bed linens. Very dirty. Didn’t get the extra fee for cleaning, the apartment was not clean at all. We had to book another apartment near by. Visiting this place was an awful experience. Don’t recommend. The host was answering till the moment we got in. After that all the questions and requests were ignored.

Everything I didn’t like

In the centre of the city. Everything is near. The host is very friendly.

There should be normal comfortable pillows,not the soft little ones . Also should have a shower holder,otherwise it's uncomfortable.
