2 Bedroom Apartment near Heroes Square

Very nice place and host. Its easy connected with the bus lines to the center and its very closed to the zoo. Super for families with kids.

Clean, modernly equipped and decorated place. Owner easily accessible by phone, very nice contact. Can park the car in the yard in front of the apartment door.

We really liked the location, the fact that there were 2 beds in 1 bedroom. Our son could sleep with us, but on his own. A really nice, big bathroom, nice clean bedrooms and bedlinen. Kitchen had everything we needed for a night.

It was not fully clear where to enter the inner garden to get to the apartment, but once we found that, it was easy to get in. There was a slightly damp smell when we first entered, but opening the windows for a bit helped (it did rain really hard that day).

Self check in, free parking spot, the owner gives accurate information and is willing to help anytime you need it.

Contacting the owner by phone to open the parking door should be a limitation if you dont have EU phone number, internet in your phone or dont use whatsapp

The apartament looked good, equiped with everything you need. But..

The huge issue with this apartment is that it is connected to an undeground door that can't be closed/locked and it has a horrible moisty smell inside. The entire apartment smells. Very unhealthy, especially if you have respiratory problems. We booked it for 3 nights, but left after 2, because we already started feeling weird, started coughing a lot, so we preferred to avoid any complications, being with small kids. The apartment looks great, but the air inside is very unhealthy. I would say dangerously unhealthy.

the apartment stinks

A cozy place. The kitchen is well equipped, the bathroom is large with two sinks, there are two toilets and two separate bedrooms, so a lot of privacy even within the apartment. There was tea and instant coffee waiting for us, as well as toilet paper, towels, shower gel etc. The beds are comfortable, the rooms are light and there is a good heater in each of them. The apartment offers plenty room for 5 people. The owner whom we called for opening the gates is very kind and the parking was extremely convenient.

A strong smell of mold in the corridor. An air purifier/dryer would surely help, at least a bit. We saw the mold itself above the door to the basement, the toilet and basement door handles were very poorly attached/didn't work and one of the toilet basins wasn't working/flushing at all. There were many (dead) flies in the kitchen, which isn't nice to see, but the repellent works. We couldn't connect to the WiFi at all, there was none. The second (low) bed in one of the bedrooms is very, very squeaky. We only got one set of keys, which was a hassle.

The location is good, near to the center, jut on a few stops to the center.

The apartment is in the basement and smelts of dampness. inside there were it had unfinished building work and was dirty and dusty. The kitchen was also not clean enough.
