Totul a fost la superlativ. Gazda foarte receptiva și rapidă ,a răspuns la orice solicitare a noastră ,ne-a ajutat cu multe informații ,ne-a îndrumat cu parcarea . Camerele curate ,mobilier nou și elegant ,bucătărie dotată cu tot ce ai nevoie . Vom reveni cu drag . Ne-am cazat trei familii in condiții foarte bune . Felicitări pentru tot ce faceți și pentru întreținerea locației în bune condiții .

Appartamento carino in una posizione strategica vicino la fermata della metro! Siamo andati in gruppo (6 persone) per 3 notti e c’era abbastanza spazio per tutti.

La pulizia lascia a desiderare e soprattutto in bagno ci sta il mobiletto del lavandino rotto e fradicio. La comunicazione con il proprietario, che non abbiamo mai visto, non è stata facilissima

La ubicación

1. The location is ok - close to 2 metro lines and buses. City center is in 25-minute (we walked twice in 4 days). 2. Grocery stores are nearby, including Lidl. 3. The kitchen is wee equiped. We cooked breakfast and dinner ourselves. The only thing missing was a frying pan. 4. Plenty of sleeping space. Two families (2+3 people) accommodated comfortably in two bedrooms.

1. After booking, the owner asked us to pay the tax and bed linen (we knew they were extra charges) before check-in. This is the first time I've encountered this. We agreed via WhatsApp that we would pay upon check-in. 2. The shower didn't work. The owner promised to fix it the second day, but never showed up. 3. The bathroom door was broken (it wouldn't open from the inside), we fixed it ourselves. But the latch still doesn't work. 4. The renovation is old, but not terrible. There was mold in the bathroom, but the apartment didn't smell damp or feel dirty.

Do Budapešti jsme přijely vlakem, z nádraží metrem to k ubytování bylo pár zastávek a z metra kousek k ubytování. Lokalita byla super, všude jsme chodily pěšky. Předání klíčů proběhlo bez problémů, vše přes schránku. I přesto, že je ubytování v centru, nebyl slyšet žádný hluk a v klidu jsme se vyspaly. Ubytování bylo čisté, dostačující na večerní posezení či ranní snídani. Přes den jsme na ubytování nebyly, takže nebylo nutné využívat zařízení. We arrived in Budapest by train, and from the station it was just a few metro stops to the accommodation and a short walk from the metro. The location was great – we could walk everywhere. Check-in was smooth, everything was handled through a key box. Even though the apartment is in the city center, it was quiet, and we slept very well. The place was clean and perfect for an evening chat or a morning breakfast. We spent the days exploring the city, so we didn’t need to use the facilities much.

Na fotkách, které jsou uvedeny na bookingu je "novější" vybavení, například sprcha je na ubytování již jiná, ale fungující. Byly jsme spokojeny se vším, jen v jednom pokoji není okno, takže si neumím úplně představit, jak teplo by tam muselo být v létě. Ale to nebyl náš případ... In the photos shown on Booking, the equipment looks a bit newer — for example, the shower is different now, but it works perfectly fine. We were satisfied with everything; the only thing is that one of the rooms doesn’t have a window, so I can’t quite imagine how warm it might get there in summer. But that wasn’t our case.

Great location, nice big bedroom (for parents). Good price for the experience gained.

The second bedroom is small and difficult to ventilate due to the small windows. It was a bit dirty in some places, and the Wi-Fi didn't work for the first day and a half.

We were very satisfied with the property, it's huge and comfortable!

Someone left a freezer opened before we arrived so it was blocked and full of ice, however that doesn't have anything to do with the host I guess. We didn't even need freezer, this is just a note.
