N28 Condo Apartment Next To Andrassy.

The apartment is very comfortable and clean. The location is perfect, the city center is very close. Also, the courtyard of the building is very nice.

In the ad it was written that there is a parking lot. Unfortunately, the parking lot is city parking, which is paid hourly and is very expensive.

Perfect location in Budapest. Parking place near the apartman. Coffee, sugar, salt and big kitchen in apartman. In bathroom were samples of shampoo, shower gel and lotion. Big sofa in livingroom. Big and comfortable bed in bedroom. Air condition

TV analog, ventilation in bathroom does not work (we had to open doors/windows to change the air) I hope the ventilation will be fixed soon, they promised to fix it :-)

It is a nice little flat close to Oktogon. The bed was comfy, the flat was clean and there is a little bedroom and a separate closet. The wi-fi is good and strong. It's a nice flat with all that you need for a short stay. The price-value of this accommodation is good.

The bathroom could use a fan/ventilator, it was very humid and there is a patch of mold on the ceiling it smelled mildewy as well, opened the bathroom door and all windows every morning to help that. I wish there was a recycling bin along with the communal waste bin, but I know it might not be possible everywhere in Budapest.

Location, check-in, furnishing and overall style of the apartment was top notch. Would highly recommend and stay there again.

Thin walls and really noisy neighbors in the apartment next door were an unpleasant mixture but that‘s not the apartments fault.

Great location, between Oktogon and Opera Metro M1 stations, with supermarket and many restaurants near. Easy communication with the host. Comfortable apartment, fully equipped
