Purtroppo la nostra esperienza è stata molto negativa. Al nostro arrivo abbiamo trovato l’appartamento in condizioni non accettabili, con evidenti problemi di pulizia che ci hanno impedito di soggiornarvi serenamente. (Vedi foto) Dopo un viaggio iniziato la mattina presto, non vedevamo l’ora di arrivare, fare una doccia, rilassarci e iniziare finalmente la vacanza. Invece ci siamo ritrovati a trascorrere oltre tre ore e mezza tra telefonate e messaggi, cercando di trovare una soluzione insieme al proprietario e all’assistenza Booking, senza che nessuno riuscisse a risolvere la situazione in tempi ragionevoli. Alla fine ci è stato assegnato un altro appartamento (molto bello) senza costi aggiuntivi, ma il danno ormai era fatto. Oltre ad aver perso gran parte del pomeriggio, ci siamo ritrovati in una sistemazione situata a circa 3 km dal centro, molto più distante rispetto a quella prenotata. Questo ha influito sull’intera vacanza, costringendoci a utilizzare i mezzi pubblici ogni giorno e facendoci perdere la comodità e la posizione centrale che erano tra i motivi principali della nostra scelta. Se avessimo trovato fin da subito un appartamento pulito e conforme a quanto prenotato, la nostra esperienza sarebbe stata completamente diversa.

It was very close to the city centre, the airport shuttle and all other public transports. I love this area so the flat was ideally located.

The apartment smelt musty and damp when I arrived. It was also dirty. The level of lack of cleaning unfolded in time as I stayed there and started using the facilities. Gradually noticed the floor was not cleaned at all, or just very minimal as dust, other people’s hair and false eyelashes appeared from under tables and armchairs, (I have different colour hair and don’t have false eyelashes),. Bathroom the same, toilet was cleaned but the sink and shower tray doubtful. The kitchen worktops and dishes were also not cleaned and the fridge stunk. Hand soap and dish soap watered down. One of the worktops in the kitchen was broken and the cookerhood was about to fall off! One of the draw in the chest of drawers was also broken, and the two armchairs were torn by the seams at the armrest. Also dirty to sit on so ended up using a towel over the seat and backrest. Thankfully I took my own towel to dry myself with!! The water was undrinkable, it had a musty, stale aftertaste. When I raised this with the management company they suggested me to report this to the Budapest water board. The bathroom was incredibly tiny and located directly next to the kitchen opening from the kitchen. As the size was so tiny the door could not be shut. I even ended up banging my elbow quite hard during drying myself after showering which left me with a large bruise and a very painful elbow that still hurts now after two days. There was not enough toilet paper for a weeks stay either and when I asked for more I was refused, saying the basic package only allows two rolls and I stayed out quite a lot so often used the facilities elsewhere.. Same went for the towels. The bath mat got quite dirty during my stay partially as the floor was already dirty from previous guests. When I asked for a replacement I was also refused this. I stayed in many apartments booked through Booking.com and extra toilet papers and towels/bath mats were never an issue!!

Calidad precio y ubicación muy buena

Cama de matrimonio pero edredones individuales, no era práctico y le faltó sábana encimera y en 4 días no hay cambio de toallas. No hay ascensor

Apartamento muy céntrico muy cerca de todo a pie en uno de los mejores barrios de Budapest (barrio judío). Apartamento funcional para estancias cortas.

Baño muy pequeño Limpieza escasa.. Algunas cosas estaban en mal estado
