Budapest Flat Rent

Die Unterkunft liegt verkehrsgünstig mit guter Anbindung an den ÖPNV. Es gibt ein paar schöne Cafés im Umkreis.

Die angegebene Adresse ist nicht korrekt, die wirkliche Adresse wird einem erst kurz vor der Ankunft mitgeteilt, das empfinde ich als unseriös. Die Unterkunft befindet sich in einem riesigen und sehr in die Jahre gekommenen Block mit hunderten Wohnungen. Als Frau fühle ich mich in einem derat großen Wohnkomplex nicht sicher und hätte die Unterkunft nicht gebucht, wenn ich das vorher gewusst hätte. In der Wohnung herrschte durchgehend ein sehr unangenehmer Geruch, der auch durch ausgiebiges Lüften nicht verschwand.

Location and the flexibility and kindness of the host.

I have stayed in the flat for 3 days. The location is super convenient, around 3 mins from the underground. I can see the parlement from the window, so the view is very beautiful. There are all kinds of facilities nearby, restaurants, supermarkets, pharmacy... The appartement is clean and equipped, I do have a cozy stay. I will choose to stay here again next time when I come to Budapest.

It was a bit complicated to find the entrance door. It would be good to add some extra description to the arrival/keys instructions. But once the door was found, the rest was easy and straightforward. Comfortable and big bed. The kitchen is small, but we had everything we needed for some cooking, tea/coffee.

We walked a bit around before we found the entrance door. It was not clear from the instructions or pictures where exactly it was. It was getting a bit hot during the day/afternoon, and we needed to open windows, and there was quite some noise from cars, and people from the street. It was not very bad, but if you are used to quiet it might be bit disturbing. The frying pans could be a bit newer, and cleaner. Choice of kitchen knives could be better

The apartment was clean and equipped with all the necessary items. The neighborhood, building, and street were peaceful. Public transport, shops, bakeries, and cafes were nearby. Additionally, the street offers a very beautiful view of the Parliament building. The owner was friendly and helpful. I will definitely return here again. მადლობა ❤

The neighborhood turns out to have lots of lovely assets-- good restaurants, cafés, pastry shops and very near public transportation to everywhere in Budapest--whike being in a quiet residential neighborhood. The host was responsive and access easy. Everything was comfortable, clean and well set up.

A small matter, but we couldn't get the tv to work.

Great location. Close to transportation and center.Many amenities close Very clean. Good for short stay for mxm 2 persons. I would go again. Quiet and safe area.

Bathroom is a bit smelly but ok,Kitchen is very small with minimum facilities , You can hear the neighbors from the bedroom. Fortunately they were quiet in the night.
