Luxury apartment Lella

Wir waren für eine Woche in diesem wunderschönem Apartment und es war alles perfekt. Die Kommunikation vor der Anreise und auch die persönliche Schlüsselübergabe war sehr gut. Das Apartment ist ein Traum. Wir hatten noch nie ein Apartment mit so einer guten und vielfältigen Ausstattung. Es ist alles vorhanden, was man in einem Haushalt benötigt. Das Wohnzimmer und die Küche sind sehr groß und die drei Schlafzimmer bieten den perfekten Rückzugsort. Zwei Badezimmer sind mehr als ausreichend und wir haben auch nur das Hauptbadezimmer benötigt. Die Terrasse ist ebenfalls sehr groß und durch viele Pflanzen blick geschützt. Der Zustand und die Ausstattung entsprechen genau den Bildern. Es ist alles sehr gepflegt und sehr sauber. Die Lage war für uns auch sehr wichtig, da wir mit dem Auto angereist sind und den privaten Parkplatz benötigten. Es war sehr bequem direkt vor dem Haus parken zu können und nicht suchen zu müssen, wie in der Altstadt. Die Lage ist super, viele Einkaufsmöglichkeiten in der Nähe und die Stadt und der Strand sowohl fußläufig als auch mit dem Auto gut zu erreichen. Helena ist ein Engel und eine vorbildliche Gastgeberin. Sie kümmert sich sehr gut um alles. Sie ist sehr nett und es verlief alles sehr reibungslos und unkompliziert. Wir überlegen schon, wann wir wiederkommen, denn wir haben uns ein wenig in Rovinj und das Apartment verliebt.

It is a big apartment with all the facilities you need. Good shower, good bed, big terrace with 95% shadow. Location about 20 mins walk to the city center. Easy and free parking, supermarket nearby, it’s a relaxed neighbourhood. The host is very kind and responsive. There are a couple of stray cats that really ask for food on the terrace they kept staring at the door. For us no problem we love cats.

I asked the host before booking if the terrace is sunny, the answer was “half sun and half shadow and there is a tree”. Unfortunately the garden does not let any sun go through. Only spots / stripes. Which is fabulous for privacy but was not what we expected and just good to know upfront. Also if you don’t like cats this is not your terrace 😉

High standard of apartment, spacious, clean, well equiped kitchen and a nice tarrace to relax in the evening. Good localisation to city center and beach, 5min. with the car. Owner (Ms. Helena) was friendly and very helpful. We recommend this place for big group of family or friends (6 persons). In each of the room and in kitchen and living room there was a AC.

Everything was clean nice and comfortable with alot of space - well done!

Very clean and big apartment that has everything you need. Very good localization, 10 min walk from the city center (old town). Air conditioning in every room. Close to markets and gas station. Place that is worth to stay. :)

The livingroom and the kitchen area was huge and spacious. The apartment itself was super clean and modern. The kitchen was well equipped, it had everything you need for cooking. The terrace is super cute with nice plants. We truly liked everything and looking forward to come back oneday.
