The host was extremely friendly and accomodating.The family went out of their way to make us feel at home.They live in the flat below and are always willing to help.The location was wonderful.especially the terrace and the fantastic sea front which was right under the flat.the water was amazingly clear.the village center with supermarkets and lots of restaurants and bars was 5 minutes from the flat.The bus into split was fairly frequent and very reliable.

The flat was a bit dated.It could do with a makeover. However everything was in working order.We would've liked a bigger fridge as we enjoy cooking and also a bigger ice compartment.

Very nice, clean and very accommodating hosts. We arrived quite early and were able to leave our baggage until the flat had been cleaned. The bus stop to go to Split is just 2 min down the road, the beach and nice bars are near. The views are amazing, quite nice beds and the Wifi was great.

It has private access to the “beach”, but it is not really a beach, it is a few inches of rock. If you are into swimming in very cold water it is okay, but it is not suitable to sunbathe and take the kids for a swim. However, the proper beach is just a short stroll away, like 5 min.

We went to Croatia for our honeymoon. The location of the apartment was just amazing. The terrace right next to the Adriatic Sea meant that we had a beautiful view every morning with the sun rising as well as the sunset. The hosts were very nice - we didn't talk much as they don't speak that good English. On the property there is a steep staircase which you can use to go down to the water. You will have to climb some rocks, so be careful. This meant that we had our own little private access to the sea - in case we were too lazy to go to one of the nearby beaches (which is just a 5 minutes walk away). Great affordable restaurants in the area, there is also a bakery that opens up at 7 AM or maybe even earlier. There are a couple of smaller supermarkets in walking distance. If you need to make bigger shopping there is a LIDL and a Konzum 5 minutes away by car. We really came to appreciate staying in Stobrec, as it was much quieter than in Split. We do not recommend driving to Split by car, as the traffic and parking situation there is horrendous. There is a bus stop 2 minutes walk from the property with a bus that take you straight to the city center of Split. You can download an app to buy bus tickets (Promet Split) to which you add funds. Remember to scan the tickets when you are in the bus! It drives once an hour. Uber is also quite affordable (about 10€). We wholeheartedly recommend this apartment to anyone looking for a quiet retreat in Dalmatia. Oh, and they also have sweet cat who loved to come say good morning to us. Hvala!

The refrigerator is quite small. We made do, as we were only two persons. But for a bigger family it might be a bit too small if you don't want to go shopping every day.

Great and friendly staff. Nice terrace. We had an issue with a microwave and landlords brought a new one during one hour. It was valuable for us)

You can see very beautiful sea view and sunset, There is a great restaurant downstairs, it's cost-effective and tastes very good

Very clean apartment with everything you need. View of the balcony is breathtaking. Owners of the house are very kind and helpful people. There is a small beach very close about 300 mt walk. We will come back soon

the views from the terrace were absolutely stunning! also a short distance from Split so nice and quiet but 2 local bus routes take you straight to the old town.
