Posizione, arredamento dell' appartamento, terrazza molto spaziosa, la cucina è più attrezzata di quella di casa mia! Davvero molto bella e comoda. Anche il fatto che mettano a disposizione le biciclette gratuite è un plus!

Purtroppo lo scarico del bagno emanava un po' di odore di fognatura.

"Insgesamt ein sehr schöner Urlaub und idealer Ausgangspunkt zur Erkundung von Rovinj und der Umgebung."

Die Unterkunft ist gut für 5 Personen geeignet. Praktisch sind die inkludierten Fahrräder, die ab ca 10 Jahren geeignet sind. Zwei der Fahrräder haben Kindersitze. Das Haus ist ruhig gelegen, genau in der Mitte zwischen schönen Stränden und der Altstadt. Die Küche ist sehr gut ausgestattet.

An sich ist das Haus schön und gefällt, Kleinigkeiten sind etwas abgewohnt. Die Verwalterin hilft gern weiter bei der Behebung kleinerer Probleme. In der Beschreibung wäre ein Hinweis gut, dass es sich um ein zweistöckiges Gebäude handelt (die Besitzer der oberen Wohnung sind aber sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit).

Amazing, peaceful, clean and funky. Appreciated the extras in the kitchen, comfortable beds and excellent outdoor areas. Great place for 5 people or less, close to shop and not far walk to the old town. Also, access to bikes was a bonus as everyone rides a bike in Rovinj.

The most beautiful apartment, deserves grade higher than 10. Excelent equipment and wonderfull decoration. Perfection. The best location in Rovinj.

Cleanless should be improved. The owner, though, was kind and understanding, solved our request immediately.

"Amazing house"

It's a lovely house - very nicely decorated, comfortable, shutters and mosquito netting at every window, well equipped kitchen and airco. Two nice terraces to sit outside in a green garden. A short walk into town and to nearest beach.

Construction work opposite the house. Not that much noice but just spoils the entry to the house. Looks like it will be finished in coming months so no issue for 2024. On the picture it looked to me like a one floor apartment but it is 2 layers and top is rented out separately - not an issue but not what we could tell from the pictures
