LAZY - Luxury Apartment Zadar Yachting

This property is located in a modern residential area of Zadar, surrounded by plenty of local amenities. The apartment is comfortably sized, nicely furnished, and offers a welcoming atmosphere. Although it is advertised as a 5-bedroom apartment, it is in fact arranged as two separate apartments, both of which open out onto the outdoor area. This makes it ideal for families or groups who want to stay close together but still enjoy some privacy

Unfortunately 2 of the 4 toilets were out of action during our stay which we weren’t informed of prior to arrival. We also had issues with the internet connection during our stay.

The apartment was nice and modern, good location near the beach but also 10mins away from old town in an Uber. Having the pool, hot tub and sun loungers was nice. I also liked that there were 2 en-suite bathrooms. The kitchen had everything you needed.

There were new apartments being built in the area and in the morning you can hear construction noise.

The design and layout of the property was beautiful and great for a group of girls. All the little extras made it special like the bean to cup coffee machines, electric scooters, outdoor area with the pool and jacuzzi. The beds were also very comfortable.

The location will be great once all the building work has been completed. We felt like we were living in a building site with all the work going on around the property so not much privacy from builders. As a group of girls we could laugh it off but if I was with my family I don’t think it would have been the same. If we’d known I don’t think we would have booked.

high standard of accommodation clean comfortable and little extras like wine beer & milk in fridge & fresh fruit were a nice touch. Hot tub and pool area were brilliant.

Building work being carried out next to property but the owner did tell us this when we booked however we were out through the day so didn’t bother us.

We had luck and got this property very cheap, so it was definitely worth the money. The Appartements offer a Whirlpool, Pool, modern furniture, BBQ place and a lot more. A good place to stay for some days and enjoy life with some friends or family.

Maybe it would be good to install a air condition in the kids rooms in the 2 Appartement. In the night the temperature rises very fast in these rooms if the door is closed
