The location of the apartment is excellent, you can reach the city center by 15 minute walk. The apartment is well equipped, spacious and clean. I was amazed that the owner provided a crib and high chair for our baby.

Extremely professional and customer oriented service by Gordan and Ivana. They really went the extra mile with everything, to really make our stay great. First, we received a very detailed description of how to check inn effortlessly, find the keys as well as the apartment, along with the detailed description of the private parking lot and how to park. Next, the apartment is decorated very nicely, both stylish but also extremely functional. You could see at the very first that every single detail had been thought through - there are descriptions everywhere in the apartment on how to use different devices such as cable tv, washing machine, phone, wifi router etc. - even troubleshooting is provided in case something does not work as expected. The apartment is full of small functional "gadgets" that really show that the customers were in mind while designing this place. We were also provided with the crib for our baby, baby chair for feeding, baby toys, extra blanket as well as a baby towel to cover the head after a bath and a baby shower gel - one simple sign that also shows excellent grade of customer service. There was even a toothpaste, shower gel and a shampoo provided in the bathroom! The apartment actually has one main bathroom and a separate toilet, this was also a big advantage. Even the washing capsules were provided for the washing machine! The kitchen was also very functional and did not lack anything at all, the spices, tea, coffee any many more were provided. The beds were comfortable and there was plenty of space all together. The location of the apartment is perfect. It is in the Upper town, some 15-20min walk from the city centre and is much quiter than the crazy and noisy Lower town.

The whole stay was great, only minus being the windows that are a bit old and sound isolation was pretty poor due to that. The apartment is on the first floor overlooking the street, the street itself does not have extremely high traffic during the day but the cars that are driving past make noise in the apartment with closed windows almost as if the windows are open. The heat isolation was not a problem at the same time, since the heating system is exceptional and you can control it by a thermostat. The second minus was a bit squeeky floor, but this was not a big problem and it was only localized in some small areas near and in the bedroom - we only noticed this because of our baby so we had to be a bit extra careful to avoid the noise in the bedroom while she sleeps.

Spacious and comfy apartment. has everything you need for a cozy stay. free and secured parking spot and a very good location. The hosts are great and communication is super easy.
