Nieduży pokój z balkonem w kierunku morza. Pokój czysty, materace wygodne.

Brak w środku stolika składanego np do ściany i dwóch taboretów żeby zjeść czy przygotować posiłek.

Location

Very rude and unprofessional owner (Stjepan) with terrible manners and service. His wife, Ruza, was nice. Upon arrival, the owner insisted for the car to be parked in a particular manner, despite there being no space to manoeuvre, thus resulting in my car being damaged. It appears that the owner favours guests from Germany (saving an easy to park space for a particular visitor). The facilities are reminiscent of the 1950s. The smell emitting from the toilet is terrible. It appears there is no connection to the mains sewage but instead the toilet is connected to an overflowing septic tank. The owner's solution was to close the toilet lid and shower drainage at night. The owner sends you a message a day before check out to clean the apartment, including the dishes and take the rubbish across the street. However, there was no cleaning equipment in the apartment, not even a simple sponge. Cooking facilities are worse than camping. All in, the worst accommodation and service in the whole Kastela. Avoid.

Where to even start! Ruza and Stepjan are AMAZING hosts! So friendly, helpful, attentive and happy to share a coffee. I will 100% be going back just for the hospitality alone. The room is simple, everything you need for a solo stay (two would be fine too, maybe a touch small for two). Amazing location, really close to the beach and a cafe. 5-10 more restaurants just a beautiful and very picturesque walk away (10-15 mins). Extremely close to split airport. Absolutely beautiful spot. Kaštel Novi is more locals and quiet life, but still buzzing in the evenings for a beautiful dinner on the sea front! Locals are really lovely and welcoming! I know I will be coming back here for years to come.

Excellent location, magnificent view from balcony, 3 minutes to the beach, 5 minutes to bus stop, parking spot available. Excellent hosts.
