STUDIO APARTMAN KATARINA

Все прошло отлично. Было чисто и уютно. Нет проблем с парковкой. В ванной комнате была даже стиральная машина и средство для стирки. Также очень понравились коты - “хозяева” апартаментов, которые меня встречали и провожали:)

Come da foto e fedele alle recensioni. Arredato con gusto, abbastanza funzionale, anche se più comodo per 2 persone soltanto. In poco spazio c'è tutto il necessario, nel bagno una grande doccia, la lavatrice e all'esterno tantissimo spazio sul terrazzo. Piacevole la compagnia dei gatti. Molto ospitale la padrona di casa. Vicini due market aperti fino a tardi e in 10 minuti si raggiunge la spiaggia, in 20 minuti la bellissima città. La padrona ci ha consigliato la strada panoramica lungomare, che vista sulla città!

Purtroppo i due sofà non sono comodissimi per dormire e uno occuperebbe l'ingresso se aperto. Invece è accogliente la disposizione del matrimoniale. In cucina manca la lavastoviglie ma lo spazio è sufficiente per cucinare e riporre tutto. Manca il congelatore.

I had a wonderful stay at this studio. The space was clean, comfortable, and well-equipped with everything I needed. It’s cozy and thoughtfully arranged, making it perfect for both short and longer stays. The host family was very kind and always available if I needed anything, yet they respected my privacy and never felt intrusive. This balance made my stay especially enjoyable and relaxing. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone looking for a comfortable and welcoming stay.

Mieszkanie było czyste i dobrze zaopatrzone we wszystkie niezbędne urządzenia. Dodatkową atrakcją są przebywające tam koty, mój syn był zachwycony. Polecam wszystkim to miejsce.

Uważam, że drzwi do łazienki powinny być pełne (bez szyby) zapewniło by to większy komfort korzystania z łazienki i światło nie raziło by osoby śpiącej.

Room was nicely prepared on arrival, kitchen had all the necessary utilities, bathroom was very nice and clean. Sibenik centre was about 20 minutes walk.

The apartment was modern and clean. You have everything you need.

Nothing per se, everything was perfect. Only thing I can say is as it was a bit hot during the day, it seemed it was a bit far from old city. Like 20-25 min walk.

Katarina was very helpful, she let us leave our food in the fridge after the Check-out time. The bed is very comfortable! We also used the washing machine, which is very convenient if you are on a long Balkan trip :D Outside there is a clothes thread.

There are a lot of mosquitos outside the house, so make sure to leave the door closed, and open the window as there is an insect net.
