Fusion Apartments

Excellent location. Secure apartment. Easy to get to and to get into. Host was very accommodating to us. Apartment was comfortable and quiet at night. Bed and bedding was very comfortable. Very charming old-world vibe in the unit. Loved the hard-wood floors, wood moldings, and darkly-painted walls.

Apartment was over-decorated with curtains that were falling down and a bit shabby. Too many knick-knacks sitting around the place, particularly in the living room. Could have been more simple but that may just be a matter of taste. Towels were rough and thin, but that seems to be an American preference for soft and fluffy bath towels. On the second floor so expect some stair-climbing.

Außergewöhnliches Dekor und eine ideale Lage, um die Stadt zu erkunden. Auch das Café im Innenhof war toll. Trotz der sehr zentralen Lage war es am Abend unglaublich ruhig.

Die Lage ist sehr zentral und gut. Die Wohnung liegt ruhig in einem Hinterhof. Der Stil der Wohnung hat uns gut gefallen.

Die Wohnung war dreckig und hat schon bessere Zeiten erlebt. Besonders die Küche war sehr unhygienisch. Dreckige Schubladen, ein dreckiger Kühlschrank und Geschirr mit Essensresten waren leider ziemlich ekelig. Der schöne Parkettboden im Flur ist locker, sodass eine Stolperfalle entstand. Die Kissen auf dem Sofa waren fleckig und die Stühle am Esstisch sehr wackelig. Auch im Bad hätte besser geputzt werden können. Im Schlafzimmer funktionieren die Nachtlampen nicht und der Vorhang löst sich aus der Schiene. Die Wände haben viele Macken, was aufgrund der dunklen Wandfarbe stark auffällt. Wäre die Wohnung sauberer und gepflegter, könnte man den Aufenthalt sehr genießen. So haben wir uns leider nicht sehr wohlgefühlt.

Purtroppo i riscaldamenti risultavano non funzionanti al nostro arrivo e per tutti i giorni del soggiorno. Sebbene il proprietario si fosse prontamente adoperato per sistemare la questione sollevata, il problema non è stato risolto in tempo lasciando di fatto l'appartamento ad una temperatura poco confortevole specie per gente anziana. L'aria condizionata presente non risultava sufficiente a garantire il riscaldamento degli ambienti.

Sehr gute Lage, sehr bequemes Bett.

Die Couch war extrem dreckig.. 4 von 5 Gläsern in der Küche waren dreckig mit Fingerabdrücke, Lippenstift und Fett. Die Toilette verstopft sich. Das Bad allgemein ist in die Jahre gekommen. Die Kommunikation wegen der Rechnung nach dem Check-out war äußerst unangenehm. Ich musste eine Woche lang danach fragen und habe immer du Aussage bekommen, dass sie daran arbeiten, dass sie es während des Tages schicken, etc. Man muss da

Huge apartment in a perfect location, would defo recommend to anyone!

Some noise from bar below, no privacy (curtains/blinds) in front of kitchen/bathroom and curtain in bedroom broken at the top so let in light. Very minor problems which didn’t bother us :)
