Location is top notch! Amazingly easy for a short stay in Zagreb. The bedroom was huge and the desk came in handy for working throughout the day. Our little family with 2 young kids fit perfectly.

Floors were a bit creeky.

The apartment is in such a good location and is very spacious, loved the decor and overall vibe made the stay so much more enjoyable would recommend to anyone staying in Zagreb to stay here !!!

Everything was perfect

I am really trying to be fair with my review, but it's difficult when you don't have hot water (there was no boiler switch to turn on, something else was wrong) and you desperately want to have a warm/hot shower after a long, sweaty day travelling from Dubrovnik and have to fly home the next day on a 9.5hr flight. Management tried being helpful (I had to send them photos of the bathroom setup) with the water issue but was unsuccessful. Even though the decor of the living room and bedroom look great (bathroom and kitchen don't match the same esthetic), don't be fooled. This was the worst place I stayed in in the past 14 days/5 cities I visited. Outside the apartment (stairwell, hallway) is really run down and doesn't leave a good impression. Inside the apartment, the hallway with the pink trees has many windows facing the courtyard/other apartments, without blinds/curtains, so there is a lack of privacy. The bathroom does have a washer and dryer (but I didn't use them), which can be a bonus, but the toilet smelled like urine/sewage. The kitchen had some things, but no dish cloth, paper towel (only a toilet paper roll). The bedroom drapes weren't working properly and did a poor job keeping light out. Everything seemed tired and worn (not sure if the dead plant in the corner of the living room was intentionally part of the decor), and the cleanliness was so so. I do not recommend this place.

Extra pillows would have been good, only 2 pillows provided. Also no tea towels provided.

Loved the location. It is a quirky apartment setup which was cool.

Some things not available I.e. tea towels. No additional pillows which would have been nice. Small things but would have made the stay better.

I asked for late check out because my flight was later on that day. The host said that maximum I could check out at 10am but I could leave my bags and come back later. The reason was because the cleaner should enter the property. I did as been told and came back at 2pm to collect my bags and cleaner still has not been in the house. So there was no reason to not accomodate my late check out. Also, would have been nice to have enough washing powder.
