Apartment Traces

The location. Close to the Riva and city center.

It lacks a balcony or a terrace.

Very nice apartment 5 minutes walk away from Split centre. Good restaurants in the nearby.

Beds were not the most comfortable but it was ok for the price you pay for.

Good location

Host was very unresponsive. I had to chase her till few hours of our arrival to even understand the check-in procedure and where we can park! Instead of a call or a message- a video with no explanation. the place was FREEZING when we arrived so the first night was quite something. No wifi. I asked few times and only heard "i asked the technician". The building of the apartment is falling apart and you hear each neighbor 24/7.

The apartment was perfectly set out with everything we needed. Location was great, a short walk down steps in to the Old Town and Riva area

The smell of smoke in the entrance halls, luckily this didn't come through to the apartment. There was no ironing board for the supplied iron.

Great location despite having to climb the lane stairs every evening. Apartment well equiped with air conditioning in each room.

Nothing really, however some of the plaster on lower wall of living room needs attention.
