A really lovely, clean and comfortable small apartment very close to the old centre of Split. Don’t be put off by the external appearance nearby, this is a great spot and superb facility. The hostess could not have been more helpful and everything we needed was to hand.

The bathroom was downstairs while the bedroom was upstairs but this really wasn’t a problem.

Perfect location, spotlessly clean, slept so well, the bed was really comfy. Ivana had thought of everything you might need and was in touch regularly to check if everything was ok. it was a real home from home. We'll definitely stay here again. 👌🏼

This place is beautiful! The hosts were so nice and friendly. It was my birthday while I was there, and the hosts presented me with some nice gifts, which I am very grateful for. The hosts are easily contactable (not that I needed to contact them) and I really cannot say anything bad about the apartment. Would definitely stay here again, well worth the cost!!

It was perfect, and Ivana was great! Everything was really clean and we also got a welcoming present with some wine and other snacks! I would highly recommend Ivana as a host!

The apartment is lovely, clean and spacious with everything you need during your stay. The bed is the comfiest bed I’ve ever slept on! It is in the perfect location and around a 2/3 minute walk to the centre. Although close to the centre, it is quiet as it is located on a side street, meaning you don’t get the noise levels at night. There is a shop a minute walk away which is very convenient. The hosts have thought of everything and are warm, welcoming and go the extra mile to ensure you have a great stay. The hosts are happy to give recommendations and support when necessary. They even dropped off a lovely gift when they knew it was my birthday. We stayed for 7 nights and honestly, we could have stayed longer because it was perfect. Thank you so much for a lovely stay, we will definitely be returning. 😊

Ivana , our host met us with such warmth and friendliness. She had left gifts for my husband as it was his birthday. It was a really lovely welcome. She also left some homemade products which were absolutely lovely 🥰 highly recommend this studio
