Caligula City Center Apartment

We had a wonderful stay. The location is great, right in the middle of Pula next to the Old Town. Very helpful host with excellent instructions and recommendations. Very lovely and clean apartment. The building, including it's windows and doors are very secure. I would love to stay again if I return to Pula.

The only positive aspects was the comfortable bed and the location near the city center. However, there were other aspects of the apartment that didn't meet our expectations and preferences. (See below)

We arrived late in the evening at the accommodations and went out to have dinner. However, when we wanted to take a shower, there was no hot water available. To make matters worse, the bathroom hadn't been properly cleaned after the previous guest. We contacted the host, who unfortunately displayed a disrespectful and unwelcoming attitude, showing a lack of professionalism and hospitality. We didn't receive any message from him before our arrival, and we had to initiate contact a day prior. There was no information provided about the accommodation, except for two PIN codes (one for the lock box and one for the WiFi). Additionally, I'd like to mention other topics: - It should be noted that the pictures on Booking.com may not accurately depict the actual condition of the accommodations. One notable example is the garden. - Furthermore, the hairdryer did not meet the expected cleanliness and hygiene standards. (It was very dirty and smelly.) - During our last night, we didn't feel safe as someone attempted to break the window from the street side. This incident left us sleepless before our flight, causing a great deal of distress. Considering these experiences, I can confidently say that I would never choose to stay there again, and I cannot recommend it to others.

The apartment was absolutely amazing and extremely clean, and the owners are very kind.
