Damaged items in bathroom, bad smell in bathroom and air-conditioner so loud...

The view was nice, the location was very good and the apartment was clean. The kitchen was well-equipped.

The host was not super responsive, and even though we were supposed to find the keys at an agreed location, the keys were not there. We needed to call to find out where the keys were. No instructions on what to find where, and in general not very good communication. Wi-Fi was not good, which made working from the apartment hard. There was a bad smell coming from the bathroom and the pipe under the sink was constantly leaking.

We agreed with owners to provide a parasol for the balcony prior to our arrival.We’ve found parasol hidden behind lounge curtains, broken, unusable.We contacted the host to request a replacement parasol and a spare set of keys.We received a confusing text message reply and our requests were not fulfilled.The kitchen has plenty of utensils, but no decent size cooking pot.

The view was really great. Kitchen is equipped with all required items.

Too dirty on the balcony due to bird's nest. In Stella appartment there is no wi-fi available, only at another one (Marela).
