The beach is really close. The place looks just like in the pictures. Picking up the keys was not complicated, nor was finding the location. Suitable for one person or couples.

The apartment is inside an old fortress, so you cannot drive close to it with car. You unload near the shop and carry your luggage in several trips through the narrow streets. Parking is your own problem, and only mentioned after free cancellation is no longer possible. Streets are very tight, so expect scratches. Inside the fortress, scooters come and go all day and night right under the window. They are so loud that you cannot sleep with the window open or even talk when one passes by. Air conditioning is only in the living room: the bedroom stays hot, while the sofa bed in the living room is freezing and uncomfortable. The main bed is fine, but the sofa bed is hard and barely fits two. The bathroom smells badly because the shower has no proper drain trap. The place looks nice but the odor is constant unless you keep windows open and keep running vent. On arrival everything was switched off, even the fridge and boiler. There was no hot water until we figured out—by accident—which light switch actually controls the boiler. The host only communicates in Croatian and was dismissive when we mentioned problems (“Is there a problem with that?”). Nobody welcomed us, the host was not even in town. Trash disposal is confusing. There are no instructions except a warning not to lose the special key for the dumpster (replacement costs €100 for a freakin' key). Finding the right container is trial and error. No instructions at all. Just the warning. The beach is close, but so is the church bell tower that rings loudly every hour, sometimes several times. Another reason not to open windows. So you got to pull out your brain and think and solve all the puzzles around the place. This place is not the place where you want to rest. Don't mind to get some scratches on your car. Just a regular balkan place.

В цій квартирі все, як на фото. Близько до пляжу і магазинів.

Я звернула увагу на це помешкання тільки тому, що було вказано про наявність безкоштовного паркування. Але там немає безкоштовного паркування!!! Моя машина стояла за 600 метрів від помешкання і на ній з'явились подряпини. Було б чудово, якби власник одразу написав, що безкоштовного паркування біля будинку немає, і я б поїхала у інше місто.

Nicely decorated and spacious. Close to the centre and the sea. Had everything a family needs. Helpful owner.
