Rivus Apartments

Ruim appartement met erg nieuw meubilair. Vriendelijk ontvangen en fijn parkeren. Alles is op loopafstand.

Er waren niet echt gordijnen, waardoor het ‘s ochtend erg vroeg best licht was op de kamer.

Sehr schöne, moderne und saubere Wohnung in zentraler Lage und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten vor Ort!

Widok z okna był rewelacyjny. Ogólnie sam obiekt położony jest w dobrej lokalizacji, blisko do Starówki, blisko do plaży. Parking przy wejściu do budynku. Apartament dobrze wyposażony. NIczego nam nie brakowało.

A szállás nagyon tiszta és jó helyen található. De azt sosem tudhatod, hogy melyik szobát kapod, hogy fog pontosan kinézni, lesz a kilátása és erkélye vagy sem. Ez azonban nem probléma mert az egész több épületes társasház új és hasonlóan berendezett mindegyik. Lift van a lépcsőházban, kamerák mindenütt, a szállás csak minimálisan berendezett, de mosógép, mosogatógép, étkészlet, poharak persze voltak benne. Az ágy kényelmes, bár kissé puha. A templomi harangszó nem volt zavaró. Éppen építkezés zajlik, építik/bővítik mellette lévő publikus parkolót, de ennek a zaja sem volt zavaró. Zárt sorompós helyen volt a parkolás ami teljesen rendben volt.

A konyhában/előszobában található kanapé egy büntetés, nagyon kényelmetlen, párna egy darab sem. Az erkélyen nem voltak székek, azt a konyhából kellett kivinni.

We stayed at Rivus Apartments in Omis as a family of five from Australia, and the spacious accommodation was more than adequate for us. The apartment was modern, with lovely rooms, two bathrooms, and three toilets — perfect for a family. We appreciated having all the amenities we needed, including access to laundry facilities, which made our stay even more comfortable. Having a supermarket right downstairs was super convenient for everyday needs. Communication with the hosts was excellent; we were warmly met on site and given a thorough tour of the apartment. They even kindly arranged a white water rafting experience for us, which was a highlight of our trip. The location was fantastic — just a short walk to the old town and close to beaches. For nicer beaches - I would recommend walking just a tad further or uber to Duce - where there is a long stretch of beaches and plenty of beach bars and activities in the water for children. Overall, we had a wonderful stay and would happily choose Rivus Apartments again on a return visit to Omis.

Die Fotos von den Apartments sind nicht im einzelnen zu dem was man bucht ersichtlich, sehr schade . Man sieht egal was man bucht immer alle Fotos von allen Apartments, sollte man ändern!!! Der Stil ist zwar eigentlich fast gleich aber man möchte ja schon sehen was man bewohnen wird. Die Klimaanlage befindet sich nur im Wohnzimmer und konnte das Schlafzimmer schlecht mit kühlen weil es auf der anderen Seite der Wohnung war,von daher etwas warm zum schlafen. Und vor dem Kirchturm möchte ich warnen sehr laut morgens aber trotzdem tolle Aussicht 😉
