The apartment is, in general, in such a state of disrepair that is not acceptable for €200+/night. It's old and broken down, but the most problematic: 30+ year old windows, some with broken glass, and all of them can't be closed properly: I could literally stick my finger between the window frames and the windows, seals around the windows are missing in large parts, and the latches are wobbling in their place like they could come out any minute. So the windows provide almost zero sound insulation, while the apartment is directly above a very busy road: cars were going by every 20-30 seconds even late during the night - so my wife, our 3 yr old son and I could barely sleep at all (after and before a day of 7+ hours driving). The AC blowed air that had a mouldy smell (even after 30+ minutes), so it clearly hasn't been properly cleaned for a long time, making it a serious health risk - we actually did become sick with a respiratory bacterial infection the next day! The outdoor unit of the AC made such a rattle that made sleep impossible in the bedroom on the other side of the wall. The mattresses/beds are so worn out they squeaked with every movement. One of the two bedroom doors con't be shut, because the doorknob doesn't work. The fridge made a sound like it was broken when it was running. There were spider webs all through the apartment in easy to reach places, and there were big chunks of food leftovers below the dining table, so it wasn't even cleaned properly before our arrival. We have made photos and videos to back up all our claims. We asked for a refund but the host claimed that we are lying about the problems and everything was alright - despite the documented evidence. For comparison we stayed at this apartment for the _same money_ just the week before: https://www.booking.com/hotel/hr/the-best-view. It was awesome, and well representing the typical quality you get in Opatija for the price.

Melita nagyon kedves segítőkész, lerobbant a benzincső az autóban. Induláskor spricelte mindenhova.Intézkedett mindenkit felhívott, hogy segítsen. Majd autómentőt hívot.A gyerekeimnek és a feleségemnek árnyékot űditőt hozott, pedig már lejárt a szolgáltatás. Csak ajánlani tudom ilyen ember 1000ből 1 van.

Kevés volt az egy este, pazar volt a kilátás és nem akartam aludni menni.

Grande maison ancienne, très bien équipée. Jardinet, terrasse et terrasse couverte à disposition permettant de profiter de la vie en extérieur. Volets et climatisation assurant une nuit sans dérangement ! Emplacement de parking disponible

Les 2 lits une personne sont des matelas posés à même le sol. Pas mal de poussières sûrement liées à la multitude de bibelots décoratifs. Assez isolé dans un village très très étroit et pentu.
