Lokalizacja oraz bliskość do centrum. Miejsce na parking przed samym budynkiem. Czas reakcji właściciela na zaistniałą pomyłkę innych lokatorów i zajęcie niewłaściwego apartamentu. Proszę dokładniej oznaczyć skrzynki na klucz i apartamenty np. cyframi 1 i 2.

Poprawiłbym instalację elektryczną szczególnie w łazience /grzejnik elektryczny/. Brak gniazdka 230V AC przy łóżku. Zalecam przegląd klimatyzatora.
