Not clean, terrible location, no hair dryer provided, they didn’t answer their phone even though I rang several times, bed fabric is disgusting and not cleaned properly, mould on shower curtain (see photo), bedroom curtains did not close properly. My strong recommendation is don’t stay at this place.

The ad is false. You don't get an apartment with a pool, instead it's a wellness centre in the basement with a room looking out in the yard with tens of garbage bins. And you don't get the key that locks the room so everybody can enter your room from the wellness center! Moreover it smells very bad due to the pool next to the room so I couldn't sleep and vomited with a heavy headache. And you can't use the pool unless you pay more, which is not clear from the description.... But the most important part was that it was dirty. The sheets were dirty and had somebody else's hair on it. When I asked for new sheets, the lady who runs it yelled at me and told me to get a new room someplace else. She then yelled at me while changing the sheets and asked in a very furious way what else is wrong...i felt very unsafe there knowing there was no key so I didn't tell her about dirty towels (used before me) and the broken fridge. I left the other day early in the morning and found a room in the hotel nearby.
