Das Zimmer „Flore“ ist geräumig, schön und modern eingerichtet. Es gibt einen Kühlschrank und eine Spülmaschine bei der Küchenzeile. Frische Handtücher und Toilettenpapier standen ausreichend zu Verfügung. Das Apartment liegt im vierten Stock und ist mit einem Aufzug zu erreichen. Verlässt man die Haustür befindet man sich unmittelbar im Zentrum und kann alles zu Fuß erkunden. Die Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter verlief reibungslos und war freundlich.

Das Zimmer war an sich sauber, dennoch hat das Zimmer eine Grundreinigung nötig und ein paar kleinere Mängel sollten beseitigt werden. Die. Kaffeemaschine und der Wasserkocher waren sehr verkalkt, sodass man diese so ungern benutzen möchte. Der Mülleimer im Bad war defekt und an einem der beiden Waschbecken im Bad war das Wasser nicht angeschlossen. Zudem fehlte die Duschkopfhalterung.

Great location .

The location was very good. There was a parking garage across the street. Although It's really not a budget friendly car park but It was safe. The room was clean and well designed. Towels and bad sheets seemed clean.

The elevator in the building was out of service. If the door of the elevator is not well closed on any floor It's out of service. We had to climb up to 4th floor with all luggages, It was frustrating. When we got to the 4th floor we couldn't find the apartment because hallways were very dark. I couldn't see the tiny keypad and the sign. The host was very patiently helpful. Inside the room all we expected and thought that It could have been nice is that single serving coffee capsule and may be one or two tea bags offered.

The location was amazing! I was able to walk everywhere without any problem.

There were some cleanliness issues and the shower head was coming out of the wall.

Kao gosti koji su prosle godine boravili u isto vreme u apartmanu i kao zadovoljni mu se vratili, ovaj put totalno razocarenje. Apartman je prilikom dolaska bio hladan, jer je grejaje bilo ugaseno, pri svakom nasem izlasku grejanje je ponovo bilo gaseno. U stanu: polomljena slavina u kuhinji, tus neispravan, pun kamenca, staklo u kupatilu vidno zamazano, ogledalo u dnevnoj sobi prljavo, po podu dlake. Nedovoljan broj peskira. Garnitura u dnevnom boravku zahteva dubinsko pranje.
