Großräumig, sauber, gute Lage!

Leider für Reisenden als Übernachtungunterkunft enttäuschend, da schlafen auf den harten Betten und nicht ausreichende Kopfkissen kaum in Frage kommt.

Appartamento un po' vintage con letti e cuscini non molto comodi. Andrebbe ristrutturato un po'.

Que tenía parking en la vivienda. Que es una casa de época grande. La comunicación con la propietaria.

La vivienda, aunque amplia y con muebles de época, está muy sucia y completamente descuidada. Nada más entrar se nota la falta total de limpieza y mantenimiento: polvo, arañas, telarañas, suciedad en todas partes. Da muy mala impresión. La cocina es un desastre, horno y vitrocerámica sucios, sin limpiar en años. No hay ni un paño de cocina ni papel de cocina para limpiar. Frigorifico pequeño y sucio. La terraza junto a la cocina está vieja y sucia. El baño es amplio y reformado, pero mal rematado con silicona de otro color y el grifo del lavabo no funciona bien. Las toallas están viejas y huelen mal. Lo peor es la cama de matrimonio, el somier está roto y lo han intentado arreglar con dos maderas que no sirven para nada. Es imposible descansar: te hundes al centro, hace ruido al moverte, y acabas con dolor de espalda. Dormí fatal la primera noche y la segunda tuve que ir al sofá, que estaba aún peor. Además, tanto mis hijas como mi pareja amanecimos con picores y rojeces en la piel. Cenamos una noche unos bocadillos y hemos desayunado 2 días pero con mucho asco. Señores de Booking, este alojamiento no cumple con unos mínimos. El precio es caro para los servicios que tiene. Se podría solucionar con limpieza y cambiando algunas cosas, pero por lo visto no invierten en la vivienda. No lo recomiendo a nadie.

Apartment was spacious and clean. Beds were nice and firm. Enough space to relax. Cute kitchen.

Two different addresses listed in Booking.com - so we had difficulty finding the apartment, but once there check in was easy.

Beautiful neighbourhood, spacious rooms

The apartment was in a great spot, really near the old city center, only about 15-20 minutes of walking. The neighborhood was ok, on a hill, with a lot of older Vilas, some newer houses and some abandoned buildings. The house itself and also the appartement were older, but in good shape. The furniture was a mix of old and new, f.e. the beds and closets were preaty old, the bathroom was new/renovated and really nice, the kitchen was also newer and totally allright, and the apartement in itself had an older feel to it but with a kind of charme to it. And there were allte necesitys in the appartement, for example towels, dishes, linens etc. We did not meet the owner, but the online communication was without problems. Only the space in the yard for the car was a little bit tight, but in the end I did manage to park it inside :)

Apartment is spacious, clean and very nicely refurbished and equipped. Location is good, a 10 minute walk to the city centre. Beds are very comfortable and the heating is excellent. Host was very professional. There is also a free parking. All in all, a great value for money!

The apartment is on a hill, so you have to walk up a hill to get to it. Not ideal if you travel with children..
