La situación, en la parte vieja.

Las escaleras hasta el tercer piso aunque ya sabíamos que era así. Vistas desde el balcón deprimentes. Sin cafetera aunque en el anuncio dice que sí hay. Al decírselo al dueño su respuesta fue que estaba estropeada. No nos dio solución. Las vecinas fuman muchísimo y entra el olor a tabaco en el apartamento, esto no es culpa del hospedador.

Sve je bilo super... Lijepe iznenađenje da gazda Apartmana pobrinuo se, poslao nam je Taxi, sreo nas, uputio di-šta..., gostoprimlivo nas dočekao u gostima! Svaka cast i poštovanje gospodinu Tomislavu! Bilo bih lijepo doći ponovo! 🇭🇷🏖

Perfect location, right in the middle of the Old Town Zadar! The apartment is fully renovated, quite large, with a good-size bedroom (with closet), a very functional bathroom with a washing machine (I did not use it, but it would be convenient for a longer stay), and a nice kitchen/living room combination that was quite comfortable with a large TV. The condo faces a courtyard, so it's mostly quiet (see below). There is also an AC unit that worked very well.

The condo is on the 3rd floor - not a problem for me as I am fit and did not have a lot of luggage, but it's a consideration for anyone with large suitcases; note that the staircase is quite wide, making it easier to carry luggage. The main issue I had was that, even though the condo was quiet during the day and night, there are neighbors who live in the building, and they were quite loud in the very early morning (6am), talking loudly on the shared landing and with someone downstairs - not pleasant to be woken up so early.

Apartamentul este situat în zona orașului vechi,locația excelenta pt explorat zona ,cu terase și restaurante +market si piața chiar lângă bloc. Este la ultimul etaj fără lift ,pt cei cu mobilitate redusa nu e chiar comod . Este mobilat modern cu bucătărie utilata si masina de spalat rufe, TV mare, cu Netflix la îndemână (pt cine doreste). Ca suprafata nu e foarte mare aprox 40 mp dar e suficient cel puțin pt un cuplu sau 3 persoane. Comunicarea cu Tomislav foarte prompta, te ajuta in orice problema. Recomand!

Salteaua din dormitor ar trebui schimbata,se simt arcurile si nu e foarte confortabila,i-am sugerat si proprietarului si a spus ca se va ocupa de asta

Location was brilliant steps from the main street with a great small bar below. A small apartment that has been finished well. A few flights of stairs but easy going. The bathroom with a large walk in shower was lovely and had a washing machine. Would definately recommend the apartment.

The bed seemed a bit lumpy albeit slept well. Could have had a few more utensils, toaster and coffee machine. There was an oven with a grill though which is very useful. Having said that the small apartment is beautiful & functional.

Tomislav is the perfect host, met us just outside the city gate to make finding the car parking area easy. Helped us with our bags up the stairs to the top floor apartment. Gave us great advice regarding excursions, restaurants, and things to do. The apartment is perfectly located, nicely appointed with a lovely balcony. Great bathroom, super comfortable beds, clothes washing machine, dishwasher, coffee maker. The price is very fair, especially if you have a car! I can not recommend highly enough Tomislav and the apartment, I would not hesitate for an instant to book here again.
