Abitazione molto bella e con tutti i confort possibili macchina caffè macchina ghiaccio, lavatrice, lavastoviglie ecc Bellissimo posto a due passi dal mare. Spiagge vicine e centro città molto carino. Posto tranquillo e super contento x il mio cagnolino che non ha avuto nessun problema Super consigliato

Apartament położony jest nad samym morzem w spokojnej części Rogoznicy. Świetne wrażenie robi nieduży ale kwiecisty ogródek. Apartament jest nowy, czysty i dobrze wyposażony (zmywarka, pralka). W pobliżu jest poprawna restauracja. Do centrum miasteczka można dojść spokojnym krokiem w pół godziny, po drodze spotykając zatoczkę z kilkoma barami / restauracjami.

Zdecydowanie nie podobała mi się konieczność parkowania samochodu poza obiektem, zwłaszcza, że miejsc postojowych było niewiele. Dom składa się z dwóch apartamentów ale oferuje tylko jedno miejsce parkingowe, co przy tym standardzie i cenie jest nieakceptowalne. Funkcjonalność aneksu kuchennego powinna zostać poprawiona. Totalnie absurdalne i niepraktyczne są krany kuchenny i łazienkowy. Należy też zauważyć, że w pobliżu nie ma żadnego sklepu spożywczego.

Bathrooms are very nice, but a little small. I missed the shower in the garden
