Very nice host ;) they even picked up us from the airport. Apartment located close to the beach, main bus station and 15 minutes walking to the Old Town.

Host was very gentle and helpful. Stay was comfortable. All the require stuffs were preset.

Very well equipped apartment with everything you need in the kitchen and a cozy bathroom with a shower and hairdryer. The apartment was clean and smelt nice and located at the end of a wide corridor where you can enjoy your morning coffee outdoors. A big plus for the location: - bus station approx. 200m - INTERSPAR hypermarket approx. 100m (also close to Lidl and other supermarkets) - a large shopping mall approx. 300m - beach - 10 minutes on foot - to the center - about 15 minutes on foot In the room, a huge comfortable bed can easily fit 3 people. There is also a convertible sofa bed for two people. Plenty of closet space. Other amenities in the room: - LCD TV - air conditioning with heating - iron with ironing board - laundry dryer In the kitchen, no one will miss anything: - washing machine - dishwasher - electric heater - a lot of kitchen utensils (...)👌 Nice owner who walked us from the bus station. Incredible location of the apartment. Around 5-7 minutes to the Kolovare Beach and around 15 minutes to the old town of Zadar. Close to the apartment you have cafes, pharmacy, Interspar and a mall. The apartment is however on the 3rd-4th floor and there is no elevator, just the stairs. Apartment is pretty big and comfortable and there are parking spaces near the building. You have a smart TV, big bed and all the necessary equipment like hairdryer, washing machine, dishwasher, induction hob, kettle. Host is really hospitable, helpful and nice - that's a big plus. :)

The bathroom needs some renovation (especially the shower). There is no warm water in the bathroom sink (but of course shower has warm water so it's not that bad).
